Just been stuck in a long que of traffic whilst the idiotic driver waited for people to get on instead of pulling up the side road,bearing in mind this was by a very busy corner,turn off for parbold. He then sped down the road,went round the roundabout at booths the sped back the way he had come from. This was at 2.30.We we're doing 20mph & he definitely wasn't
