I phoned about one of our dogs behind taking to the vets as he got out, and instead of waiting to sort it out with us knowing we had his microchipped number, and pictures to prove he is our dog. They hand the dog over to the warden, and they rudely hang up the phone multiple times, when you ask for the warden number to get your dog back. Absolutely shocking service! Wouldn't recommend this place.

Truly impressed by this veterinary practice. Real care and concern for our cat when he was in an accident. From the reception staff to the vets themselves they really cared. So grateful.

Great vets, called and got an appointment the same day, vet was very helpful put us at ease straight away. Treatment and medication all sorted out expertly.

Best vets we travel 30 miles to bring our French Bulldog to Ruffords because they take care of our dog and listen to us. Frankie is 11 years old and is not an easy dog but Ian Fraser takes good care of him and doesn’t mind the odd scratch
