This home has a lovely feel to it- immediately as you walk through the door you enter a friendly atmosphere. All the residents are happy and content, the staff a pleasure to talk to. The manager Amy, is a ‘naturally’ caring professional, approachable, and driven in achieving the best possible standards of care- ALWAYS putting residents needs first along with recognising staff appreciation. Her dedication to this home is second to none. This home is a little gem nestled in Rufford’s natural country side setting. Couldn’t recommend enough ♥️ I’d be honoured to have my grandma/mum or any relative staying here, with the utmost confidence their care needs ‘will’ be met- as the whole ethos of this home is set on achieving just that.

Gets rid of staff when they are hard working just because they don’t agree with the manager or deputy manager.
